Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days pending item availability (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking confirmation number.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

We reserve the right to change our return policy at any time without prior notice. Your purchase will be subject to the version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our return policy.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that any shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
